1. Approve the enclosed Provision about installation and use of foreign technical devices of observation and control on the territory of Russian Federation, on continental shelf and in exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation

2. Federal Executive Agencies, executive agencies of the Russian Federation subjects, and organizations participating in international scientific and technical programs and projects in course of which foreign technical devices of observation and control are transported or installed and used on the territory of the Russian Federation, must provide the State Technical Commission under the President of the Russian Federation with a proposal on expediency of further installation and use of these devices.

Organizations acting under jurisdiction of Federal Executive Agencies or executive agencies of the Russian Federation subjects must forward the proposals through these agencies.
